This 48 month program offers the standard rotations in Anesthesia (5 months) and Medicine (3 Months) in the first year; General Surgery (4 months) and Electives (2 Months) in the second year.
Electives offered are Oral Pathology, Cosmetic Surgery, ENT, Plastic Surgery and any other area that the Resident may have an interest. Weekly Grand Rounds that includes Faculty Lectures, Resident Lectures, Guest Lectures, Case Presentations and Journal Club is the main educational event of the program. Senior Residents, 3rd & 4th year may attend local Oral-Maxillofacial Socity Meetings (NY,NJ,CT) as well as other hospital sponsored programs.
